I enjoyed a wonderful evening with the South Georgian Core Residents’ Association at the launch of its Fourteen Remarkable Women of Dublin 2027 calendar, officially launched by Mrs Sabina Higgins.
How fitting to celebrate these women in Lady Jane Wilde’s salon at No. 1 Merrion Square North, a place steeped in Dublin’s literary history.
It was a pleasure to hear Sabina and Róisín O’Connell-Hussey speak so eloquently about these remarkable women and their enduring place in Dublin’s history and heritage.
As a local guide, I am pleased to see these remarkable women recognised for their lasting contribution to Dublin’s history and cultural life.
